Welcome to Clap Finder - Anti Lost (the “App”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Alpha Mobile Net (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and describe the rules that apply when you install or use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1) What the App Does

The App helps you locate your device through sound-based triggers (for example, clapping) and optional visual cues (such as the flashlight). Features may include a free tier with advertising and optional premium upgrades.

2) Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals aged 16 or older. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

3) Permissions We Ask For

To function as designed, the App may request certain device permissions:

• Microphone — to detect sound cues (e.g., claps) that trigger a ring alert. Analysis occurs on your device.
• Camera / Flashlight — to switch on the flashlight for a visual alert. No photos or videos are captured.
• Notification (where applicable) — to show alerts and reminders.

You can change permission choices in your system settings; some features may not work without them.

4) Purchases, Subscriptions & Trials

• iOS (Apple App Store): Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Apple’s policies govern billing, renewals, refunds, and free trials.
• Android (Google Play): If available on Android, transactions are handled by Google Play. Manage in Play Store > Payments and subscriptions. Google’s policies apply.

Promotional free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends, following the applicable store’s rules.

5) Advertising, Analytics & Tracking

The App may show ads and use analytics to understand performance and improve quality. Where required, we honor your platform privacy choices, including App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS. You can change tracking and ads preferences in your device settings. Any identifiers used are handled by the relevant platform or SDK providers under their policies.

6) Your Use of the App

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t interfere with others’ use.
• Don’t attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or its services.
• Don’t try to bypass security or misuse the App in a way that may harm devices, networks, or data.

7) Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, UI, graphics, trademarks, and content, is owned by Alpha Mobile Net or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as needed to use the App according to these Terms.

8) Changes, Availability & Updates

We may update features, fix bugs, or change services (including discontinuing specific features). We might also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the App will meet your needs.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of your region to the extent permitted. Any disputes should first be addressed through good‑faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be brought to a court with proper jurisdiction.
